Privacy policy
This store was designed privacy-first: you can check out as a guest, payments settle on-chain, and we collect the minimum data needed to ship your order and support it afterwards. Here is exactly what that means.
1 · What we collect
Order data — the name, email, shipping address and (optional) Telegram handle you enter at checkout, plus the order contents and totals. Account data — if you register, your email, a name and a hashed password (never the password itself). Messages — anything you send through the contact form. Payment references — the chain, the transaction signature and the amount you paid, so we can match payments to orders. Basic technical logs — standard server logs kept for security.
We do not collect card numbers (there is no card processor), we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone. Ever.
2 · Crypto payments and what they expose
Payments in SOL or ETH are pseudonymous by nature: the transaction you broadcast is public on the chain and contains your wallet address, the amount and the receiving address. We store the transaction reference linked to your order for verification and support. Nothing about your identity is written to the blockchain by us.
3 · Cookies and local storage
The cart, the locked-in promo code and your age-gate confirmation live in your browser (local storage / cookies). Two small session cookies exist when you sign in as a customer or as an admin — both are httpOnly and expire. No third-party analytics or ad cookies load on this site.
4 · How data is used and for how long
Order data is used to pack, ship and support your order — that is it. It is retained for as long as the account or order history is useful to you (and us for accounting), then can be removed on request. Contact-form messages are kept until handled, then deleted from the admin inbox. Server logs roll over automatically.
5 · Sharing
The only parties who ever see order data are the shipping carrier (address on the label) and the payment chain itself. If the law compels disclosure, we comply with valid legal process — and because this is a research-supply store, that is rare and narrow.
6 · Your controls
You can view and download your own order history from your account at any time, place orders without ever creating an account, use a shipping name you control, and email us through the contact form to delete your account and associated history. We honour removal requests within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
7 · Security
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions expire, admin access is separate from customer accounts, and all traffic runs over encrypted connections. If you ever spot a security issue, tell us through the contact form marked “General” — responsible disclosure is appreciated and credited.
