Terms of service
These terms govern every order placed on vantagelabs.org. By checking out — as a guest or with an account — you accept them in full. Read them once; they are short and written in plain English on purpose.
1 · Research chemicals only
All products sold on this site are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, they have not been evaluated by the FDA, and they are not approved for human or animal consumption of any kind. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher or purchaser acting on behalf of a laboratory, and you accept full responsibility for lawful, appropriate use after delivery.
2 · Age and eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to browse or buy. The site runs a 21+ gate and we refuse sales we believe are not made in good faith for laboratory research. Accounts created with false information may be closed without notice, and orders may be cancelled and refunded.
3 · Orders, pricing and availability
Listed prices are in US dollars. Crypto totals are converted at the live market rate at the moment a payment request is generated; if a request expires before you send, generate a new one so the amount matches the current rate. Stock levels are live but batches move — if an item sells out between your order and packing, we contact you to swap, hold as store credit, or refund that line.
Site-wide sales, coupon codes, BOGO promotions and points redemptions are applied at checkout and re-validated server-side when the order is placed. We may end or amend a promotion at any time; orders already placed keep the terms they were placed under.
4 · Payment
We accept Solana (SOL) and Ethereum (ETH). A payment request is a unique amount tied to your order — sending the exact amount is what fingerprints your payment on-chain. Payments verify automatically; most confirm within seconds to a few minutes depending on network congestion. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain, which is why our refund policy runs on reshipment or store credit (see the refund policy page).
5 · Shipping
Orders are packed discreetly and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment, with tracking sent to the email (or Telegram handle) on the order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you enter — double-check it. We ship where lawful; if a carrier or customs authority intercepts a parcel for reasons within our control we reship, but we cannot ship to jurisdictions where the contents are prohibited.
6 · Accounts and points
Accounts are optional — guests can always check out, and orders placed with your email appear in your account log automatically. VANTA membership, points and store credit are per-account benefits: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and we may adjust rates or end the program with reasonable notice. Points are earned on paid orders and redeemed up to the cap shown at checkout.
7 · Acceptable use of the site
Do not scrape the catalog at scale, attempt to break authentication, spam the contact form or reseller program, or submit false COA / chargeback claims. We rate-limit public forms and log abuse. The catalog, copy and design on this site belong to Vantage Labs Research — do not republish them commercially without written permission.
8 · Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Labs Research sells products “as research grade” with the stated assay documentation and nothing more. We are not liable for misuse of products after delivery, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you may have that cannot be excluded by law.
9 · Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the store evolves; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Questions about the terms — or anything else — go through the contact form.
